Recommended not to exceed optimum 0.6mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read ~40psi at 0.7 L/min gas flow rate. Can tolerate up to 15% TDS. MicroMist is the standard configuration for many ICP-MS manufacturers due to its excellent sensitivity and precision.Replacement parts include P/Ns 502702959 and 502702994.Recommend nebulizer maintenance tools, Fluka RBS25 (P/N NC9000117) and Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (P/N NC9462559).
